Numbers of exhibitors (+1.5%), visitors (+2.5%) and rented space (+1.0%) documented growth in comparison to the respective previous events. The number of foreign exhibitors even increased with a plus of about 2,5 %. On the other hand German companies, especially those of the investment goods industry, frequently exhibit on foreign trade fairs. Simultaneous these companies also plan to increase their expenditure on exhibitions in a superior way.

To get the most out of the leads from your show, swift follow-up is essential. But unfortunately research indicates that 80% of leads are wasted because of inadequate or timely follow-up. So be sure your company isn’t included in that statistic, make follow-up part of your pre-show plan.

Collate information packages in advance, generate a mail merge letter thanking visitors and providing them with the name of the sales person who will be contacting them soon, build a personalized email to broadcast, or turn the leads over to an internal or external telemarketing team. Whichever method you choose to use, strive to implement it within 3 to 5 days following your event.

Case Study
 

 

Disney chose a Nomadic DesignLine kit for an exhibit they wanted to present to their theatrical productions. The result was a stunning presentation featuring bold graphics, stretch fabric panels set on an arc to create a small conference area, and theatrical lighting positioned upon a raised floor. Accessorized with a plasma monitor and director’s chairs, the design became uniquely Disney.

As a finishing touch, Nomadic devised an optional curvilinear header that may be mounted on 2-foot pole extensions when shows allow a 10’ height. In addition, the Instand backwall can be used as a stand-alone display in a standard 10’ booth space.
