  Banking on the quality of Nomadic products

Recently voted as “Bank of the Year” by Arabian Business magazine, Gulf Bank is one of Kuwait’s largest and fastest growing commercial banks with a network of 43 branches. 

As one of the leading financial services providers in the Middle East, the company’s commitment to quality is clearly demonstrated in its staff and in the displays that the company has been using for various events in the Middle East, Europe and North America. In fact, Gulf Bank has been a client of Nomadic Display for more than 10 years now through Roumi & Rizk, Nomadic’s partner in Kuwait. 

So when Gulf Bank decided to look beyond its borders to recruit for its managers two years ago, the financial services company turned to Roumi & Rizk and Nomadic to develop a custom modular display that they can use for a major recruiting event in New York.

The result was a simple yet elegant 10’ x 10’ Nomadic DesignLine system which featured a freestanding acrylic literature display and a capsule counter.

Impressed with the display’s role in attracting outstanding talents to work for the financial institution, Gulf Bank used the same display in a similar event that took place in Los Angeles last year.  Today, Gulf Bank owns more than 20 Nomadic displays, which are often used for multiple road shows and simultaneous mall campaigns in Kuwait.

  Exhibitions pay off during tough times

The latest report from the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) stated that exhibitions have been known to be more efficient than multiple dedicated meetings in communicating to customers and prospects.  As an exhibitor, your company may want to consider saving money by eliminating these meetings and by inviting clients to your booth at trade shows or industry events instead.

Another added benefit of exhibiting in tough times is the promise of future sales. According to a 2007 Tradeshow Week survey of exhibitors, 41 percent said they receive the bulk of their show-related sales more than a year after the event. This indicates that any current exhibiting efforts will eventually pay off in terms of sales in one to two years when the economy gets on the upswing again.
